howtobrew.com by John Palmer. He has a new print edition of his book, but an older edition is free online. This is where you need to start. His explanations start easy allowing you to brew right away. Then go in depth as you learn more.

Find a local homebrew shop. Supplies will be more expensive, but the tips and experience are worth it. Yelp has been kickass for finding good homebrew shops near me.
Remember that germs are not your friend, but yeast is. You ca never sanitize your equipment enough. Clean after brewing… sanitize before!
And save your bottles now, you’ll need them.
